As a US manufacturer and distributor of spinal products, it has a comprehensive product portfolio that offers surgeons enhanced intraoperative flexibility, simplified surgical technique and superior instrumentation. Precision Spine, Inc. announced the acquisition on July 19, 2012 of Spinal USA, LLC and Precision Medical of Mississippi, LLC , privately held medical device companies headquartered in Pearl, MS. Precision Spine recognized the significant industry presence built by Spinal USA and Precision Medical, and intends to build upon and expand that presence.
