About: Phoenix FM is a community radio station broadcasting on 98FM to Brentwood and Billericay, Essex, United Kingdom and also online via our website and TuneIn. We have been broadcasting in a part-time capacity since 1996, online since 2001 and full time on FM since 2007. The station has 40 volunteer presenters who broadcast a variety of programmes. We have 100s of visitors a year who join us in the studio to talk about their company, club, community group or school. We're also committed to local and unsigned bands and we featured over 100 live sessions last year. Our website is currently receiving over 100,000 unique visitors a year.
