We are on a mission to organize the unorganized restaurant sector in India and globally. In less than a year, Petpooja has made lives of 1000+ restaurateurs easier and has processed more than 15,00,000 bills. Petpooja started as a restaurant integrator platform for corporates in 2011. We worked as a single interface for more than 500 corporates to order food from multiple restaurants for couple of years. During this journey, we faced a lot of challenges due to the unorganised restaurant industry. We realised the need of bringing restaurants on a same platform with the help of technology. To fulfil this need, Petpooja launched a configurable billing platform for restaurants in November 2013. It required hard work but didn’t take us long to convince restaurants to use Petpooja as a software platform to manage their restaurants. The advantages were far too many to ignore it. Today, Petpooja is used in more than 1000 restaurants in Ahmedabad, Baroda,Banglore, Chennai, Delhi, Surat, Mumbai and Pune. Petpooja is backed by multiple high-profile angel investors. Founders of Petpooja have more than 18 years of combined experience in service industry, supply chain, operations, financial modeling, venture capital and customer relationship.
