A queste si affianca un progetto speciale che attraverso il brand Green Station suggerisce un nuovo concept di ristorazione, tra genuinità e creatività, attraverso una proposta di piatti a base di cereali, legumi e semi. Con sede principale in Italia, Pedon impiega 400 persone in 4 continenti ed esporta in oltre 30 Paesi.
