Peard Real Estate is a privately owned, award winning West Australian Real Estate Company. Our passion is property, and we are dedicated to providing a complete real estate service, from sales and property management, to home loans and settlements. Our Company is structured differently to most real estate businesses. Our offices are not franchised - our unique business model ensures that at least 51% of each office is owned by Peard Group, the remainder is owned by shareholders within that office. A Corporate Operations office provides centralised finance, marketing and human resource management for each branch office. This structure allows for standard systems and processes throughout the Group which in turn makes the everyday operations easier and the brand stronger, providing clients with a more powerful service.
