Joseph M. Reilly, Jr. founded PCS in 1995 because he recognized that the market for outsourcing payroll and related services in the 1990s was suffering from a lack of service, despite growing demand.
While large payroll service providers were not helping companies that had questions or special needs, at the other end of the spectrum smaller providers had neither the technology nor the resources to deliver human resource management and payroll processing services that companies needed to become more efficient and cost effective.
Because of our ongoing commitment to quality and service, we are currently recognized as the largest and fastest growing independent payroll service provider in Minnesota. Our office is located in Minneapolis, MN and we process payrolls for clients in all 50 states.
