The business was set up in early 2014 following a two year period of pilot testing and research and development examining the gaps in today’s healthcare market and looking at the impact these gaps have on businesses and individuals and talking to employers and employees about their specific needs. The outcome of our work has led to the development of a nurse led case management service that when combined with early intervention can build targeted accelerated treatment programmes that significantly cut the cost of absence, the delivery of health interventions and return to work solutions.
