We trace our roots to humble beginnings in Sungai Petani, Kedah where a rice miller’s first foray into property development would grow into The People’s Developer. Today, our operations extend to the Klang Valley and Penang, with projects running the gamut of property development and construction – from residential, commercial, retail, educational, industrial, hospitality and integrated developments.
