PT Pyridam Farma Tbk

PT Pyridam was established in 1976 as a manufacturing company of animal products. Nine years later, in 1985, PT Pyridam began to diversify and started production of its prescription pharmaceuticals. In 1993, PT Pyridam Veterinary established to separate the veterinary business of drugs. Since then, the focus of PT Pyridam Veterinary is animal business, whereas PT Pyridam continue to focus on drugs, bio-medical and laboratory goods segment. In 2001, PT Pyridam move production to a new facility located in Pacet, Cianjur, West Java. In the same year, PT Pyridam completed an initial public offering (IPO) of 120,000,000 common shares and then, PT Pyridam has been registered and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (formerly Jakarta Stock Exchange). At the same time, PT Pyridam also changed its name to PT Pyridam Farma Tbk., PT Pyridam Veterinary while maintaining the name and remained as a private limited company.
