PRIDCO

PRIDCO is the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company. It is a government entity charged with promoting the unique advantages of establishing and growing businesses in Puerto Rico. PRIDCO is also the largest industrial realtor on the island. The island's incentives include a well educated, highly effective, work force, an excellent infrastructure and an extremely low income tax rates for qualified companies. Non-local owners of facilities on the island can opt to have their plants considered foreign or domestic (US) depending on which structure will be more beneficial to them.
