TUBE CLEANING MACHINES & CLEANING ACCESSORIES (Flexible Shafts, HZ Cutters, Turk Head wire brushes) Flexible Shaft Machine is designed for cleaning tubes/pipes with 1" and UP (25 mm and UP) internal diameter in sugar mills, condensers and heat exchangers. Flexible Shaft Machine is a self – contained portable unit, mounted on a 3-wheel trolley, fitted with a carrying handle. It incorporates a directly coupled, totally enclosed squirrel cage, 3000 rpm, continuously rated electric motor. Selecting the HP (Horse Power) of the motor depends upon length and size of flexible shaft and nature of scaling. It is controlled by a push button starter which is provided with three thermal adjustable overload relays. Bolting tools: For use to tighten/loosen threaded fasteners to precise torque.
