PLW Waterworks is an innovative waterworks infrastructure construction management and general contractor serving municipalities, water districts and water authorities across Texas since 1993. Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Houston, Webber is the one of largest general contractors in Texas and known for its award-winning projects in roadways and transportation. Southern Crushed Concrete, a construction materials recycling and LEED-certified company held by Webber, supplies PLW Waterworks with reclaimed materials that will help build the waterworks infrastructure of the future instead of filling Texas landfills.
