OGUSA is a subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co. Ltd. and was formed to expand Osaka Gas' presence in the United States and beyond. Our asset base is mainly comprised of downstream investments (energy infrastructure) and upstream investments (exploration and production). Other business investments include natural gas trading and procurement, LNG exploration, and renewable energy. We are an experienced strategic investor in the energy sector, and we're looking to grow into a leading energy company in North America.
