The OECS is an International organisation based in the Caribbean dedicated to economic harmonization and regional integration among our 11 independent and non-independent Member States comprising: Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, St Vincent and The Grenadines, Montserrat, the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Martinique and Guadeloupe. Our headquarter is based in Saint-Lucia.
