OPO is our collection of next-generation wellness solutions for life in the city and beyond; bringing together the worlds of guided meditation, science-supported soundscapes and real-life views. Use the OPO app to discover ‘portals’ near you, across the city and in nature. Designated places of natural beauty, from local squares & gardens to inspiring architecture or sculptures, river views, cityscapes; or sessions designed for use at home. We created OPO as a way to find stillness in the noise; for experiencing daily life in an emotionally balanced way and navigating whatever life presents us. Ultimately, for improving our happiness and quality of life. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? Every human on our planet is witnessing a fundamental change in their personal, social and environmental experience of life. The rising tide of anxiety, isolation and disorientation has brought a real sense of overwhelm and a call to take our own mental health into our own hands, heads and hearts. THE OPO DIFFERENCE OPO integrates the worlds of art, science & technology to create a unique, powerful mindful experience that is a first of its kind. Unique neuro-sonic guided sessions are core to our experiences. We work with sound artists to map sonics, frequencies & techniques supported by science to our natural biorhythms, helping us realign to our natural self. Something we often lose connection to in our daily lives. OUR INTENTIONS Our plan for 2021 is to launch 500 OPO 'portals', for the home and for communities to visit and experience around Europe, the US and beyond.
