Novo Rail Alliance

Novo Rail is an alliance of Transport for NSW in partnership with Aurecon, Laing O’Rourke and RCR Infrastructure O'Donnell Griffin, working as one team, to deliver a substantial portfolio of infrastructure work across Sydney’s local rail network. The range of work being safely delivered by Novo Rail includes the upgrade and re-energising of rail signalling and power systems to accommodate the introduction of the new Waratah trains. The alliance partners are also committed to the training and up-skilling of our people in order to help fill the rail industry's skill resource gap. The end game is to leave a legacy of which the rail industry is proud and through which future alliances can learn. Novo Rail enjoys a strong people-oriented culture in an environment that thrives on innovation and challenge. Our vision is to be recognised for energising the rail industry, whilst always focusing on safety, delivering value and surpassing expectation. Novo Rail has adopted Laing O'Rourke Mission Zero behavioural based safety program, which is helping us drive a culture that demands zero incidents and zero harm to all people who work under the Novo Rail alliance umbrella.
