Northern Group is a prominent Manchester-based owner, developer and property management agent. Northern Group were instrumental in the re-generation of Ancoats Urban Village, amongst the first investors into the area and have delivered an outstanding area for people to live, work + grow. As well as managing and renting a wide stock of homes, apartments and office space, we have carved out a strong reputation for innovative and contemporary property developments in Manchester - and the wider north west - and have been at the fore of the city’s build to rent sector. With an ever-expanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties, the business has grown significantly to complete both large and small scale developments of sought-after accommodation and office space in desirable postcodes. Nathan Ezair joined the company as director in 2002 and brought with him a focus on delivering a bold mix of top quality regeneration, restoration and new-build projects for tenants to enjoy, including Flint Glass Wharf, Ice Plant and Jactin House - all within the heart of Ancoats Urban Village where Northern Group has its head offices, allowing the company to closely maintain its developments, look after tenants and allow for further expansion and regeneration of this vibrant city centre neighbourhood. Northern Group has grown to employ over 30 staff who are, above all, employed for their professional and helpful outlook and their desire to create a neighbourhood feel where tenants feel at home.
