The world has seen amazing innovation in Consumer technology over the last 25 years. The way in which we communicate, travel, shop, interact socially have all fundamentally changed and have made our lives more efficient and productive. But when it comes to our health, consumer technology has not changed much. While data is now used to analyze and understand many aspects of our lifestyle and routines on a daily basis, gaining insights into most aspects of our own health and well being still requires a trip to the Doctor's office and detection of health issues is almost always reactive. In an ideal future, our health will be monitored by ambient sensors that will understand our vital signs, detect nearly invisible health issues, and predict problems before they occur so that we can prevent them from happening at all. We are building the product and technology that will make this future possible.
