Nexxus Care are a unique company, wholly owned by Staffordshire County Council that aim to deliver the highest quality care across Staffordshire. We understand the impact on individuals lives when difficult decisions have to made with regards to either yourself or a loved one and we are here to make that transition as smooth as possible. We offer a variety of services throughout Nexxus Care, our three main areas of delivery are: Domiciliary Care - Traditional community care services in your own home. Extra Care - Care delivered within the scheme. Reablement Services - Intensive program of up to 6 weeks following a period of hospital admission to regain independence and prevent future hospital admission. Our service delivery areas are all inclusive of core care teams, dedicated care co-ordinators and experienced management to ensure the right care is given at the right time by a cohort of highly trained employees putting the customer at the heart of everything they do
