A family business currently in it's 3rd generation, Neumann was founded in 1969 by Harry & Lorraine Neumann. The company has two headquarters, in Ridgefield and New Fairfield, CT. Today, the business is owned and operated by the second generation - Chip, Russ, Jeff, Bob & Shaylene Neumann. With 24 active agents, they have excelled to become the dominant real estate firm in the area. In addition to the sales team, Neumann has numerous support staff, marketing specialists and client care personnel. This dynamic and successful family business is a rarity in today's world and yet the Neumann team continues to get stronger each year.
