The National Retail Association (NRA) is the modern voice of Australian retail. We take pride in being Australia’s most representative retail industry organisation servicing over 39,000 stores and outlets. Retail is the second largest industry in Australia, with 1.2 million employees. We exist to support, inform, protect and represent this vital industry. Our not-for-profit organisation is built on strong relationships with our members. With support services including legal advice, training for employees and lobbying government for retailers nationwide, the National Retail Association is an organisation dedicated to building better business.
