Founded in 2004, NDK Consulting was launched by Nick Kebbell. Following successful spells with two previous IT recruitment companies, he wanted the freedom to provide a service that wasn’t measured using traditional methods. For him, successful recruitment isn’t measured by how many CVs were sent or how many placements were filled, successful recruitment is providing a service that is measured on ‘Client and Candidate Satisfaction’. Since 2004 all of NDK clients have been recommendations.
