We also deliver courses and workshops on a wide range of subjects - such as Reducing Resistance to Essential Care, Safeguarding Adults, MCA & DoLS, Equality and Diversity, Lone Worker Personal Safety, and End of Life Care. NAPPI uk also teaches awareness of Dementia, Autism, Mental Health and Epilepsy. Each subject can be delivered either by our team of professional trainers, or by your own on-site trainers, following completion of relevant train the trainer programmes and or qualifications. NAPPI stands for Non Abusive Psychological & Physical Intervention, a modular approach to training mapped to the principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). But we also stand for increasing knowledge, generating co-operation, avoiding conflict and delivering care with dignity. We are a UK company and have been established for almost 25 years. We are accredited with the British Institute of learning Disabilities (BILD), under the Physical Intervention Accreditation Scheme (PIAS), and are proud to hold Skills for Care Endorsed provider status.
