Sometimes we may not be the firm best suited to particular needs. If so, we will seek to refer to other lawyers or experts who we believe could assist. What is important? At Murdoch Lawyers, it is not just about the work we do - we want to understand what is important and we will discuss this during the first appointment. We are particularly interested in expectations of our service. How do we handle referrals? The majority of our new clients find us via a referral from an existing client. As a result, we ensure our clients are aware of how we manage people who are referred to us and the types of matters we are best placed to handle.
