MosaMeat is a Maastricht based company that will help accelerate the transition from traditional farming to cellular farming. Using tissue engineering technology we will develop a true alternative for one of the most emotional elements of our diet: meat. There is much need for such an alternative, as meat production today plays a major role in, amongst others, climate change, pollution, and the reduction of biodiversity. And meat consumption is only expected to increase in the next decades.
