Milestone Partners is a private investment firm that collaborates with management to make control equity investments in leveraged buyouts and recapitalization of niche-market leaders. Milestone pursues companies in tech-enabled solutions, financial services, and tech-driven manufacturing sectors based in the continental United States and Canada. The firm invests between $10 million and $40 million in companies with enterprise values between $25 million and $250 million, revenues between $10 million and $150 million, and EBITDA up to $25 million. Based in suburban Philadelphia, Milestone Partners has closed a total of over 100 acquisitions, add-ons and sale transactions since 1995, while managing $660 million of committed equity capital.
