Headquartered in Edmonton Alberta, Michener Allen Auctioneering is a family owned and operated public auction business that has been in business since 1971. The corporation’s ownership and management are proud to be in the second and third generation of service to the auction market place in Canada. For over 50 years, Michener Allen Auctioneering has been remarketing surplus assets on behalf of Government of Canada, Provincial Governments, Municipalities, Corporations, Privately Held Companies and Individuals. Additionally, we are thankful to serve a continually expanding national and international buyer base. Michener Allen Auctioneering opened its current Edmonton location in June of 1983 that now consists of a 65-acre dedicated automotive and industrial public auction site. We opened our second location in Calgary in May of 1999 that consists of a 50-acre dedicated automotive and industrial public auction site and our third location in Winnipeg Manitoba in the spring of 2008. Michener Allen Auctioneering also has sales offices in Grande Prairie, Lloydminster and Red Deer Alberta. In 2003 the Michener Allen Auctioneering expanded its foot print outside of Alberta for the first time and was a founding member and ongoing partner in the creation and promotion of the icangroup.ca The Icangroup.ca is a national network of independent public auctions with locations across Canada that offers our customers a single web platform that allows buyers a wide range of vehicles and equipment they can purchase by public auction. Each Icangroup.ca auction site is empowered with internet bidding and provides access to site staff ready to assist in answering your questions. Each Icangroup.ca auction location also has the availability to many pre and post auction ancillary services to bidders and buyers.
