Mechanical Technologies, formed as a merger of two established businesses in 2007, is a manufacturer’s representative for the commercial HVAC Market in New York and Northern New Jersey. Our team of 50 employees, split between our New York City and Northern New Jersey operations, provide dedicated support to facility owners, end-users, and the construction design and build community. We represent the following manufacturers ABB, Aerovent Fans, ArctiChill, Carnes, Dristeem, DuctSox, Ebtron, Flakt Woods, Hastings, Indeeco, Ingenia, Loren Cook, MK Plastics, MSA Gas Detection, Phoenix Controls, Pottorff, Price Air Outlets, Powered Aire, Tamco Dampers, USA Coil, and York The hub of our operation in Fairfield, NJ boasts both office space and a well-stocked warehouse, which is supported by our branch office located in New York City. We offer same and next day delivery service for all of our warehoused products. Our service operation includes dedicated dispatch and on-demand trouble-shooting. We also employ 10 full-time field service representatives available for preventative maintenance, field troubleshooting, and customer start-ups for the products we represent as well as additional manufacturers. Our emphasis is working closely with facility owners, architects, engineering firms and contractors on new construction, service, and retrofit projects to deliver the highest quality skills, systems, and service in a timely and cost-effective manner.
