PT Mandiri Sekuritas is a securities company, and started its operation as Stock Broker and Underwriter under the Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) through decree No. KEP-12/PM/1992 and No. KEP-13/PM/1992 dated 23 January, 1992.
Mandiri Sekuritas was formerly named PT Merincorp Securities Indonesia before it was changed into PT Mandiri Sekuritas on July 31, 2000 and had been approved by Minister of Law and Legislation Republic of Indonesia and Bapepam-LK.
Mandiri Sekuritas is a merger result of several securities in Bank Mandiri, namely Bumi Daya Sekuritas, Exim Securities, and Merincorp Securities Indonesia which had been operating since 25 August, 2000.
Mandiri Sekuritas has a subsidiary that handles investment management business, namely PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi. The majority of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi's capital is owned by PT Mandiri Sekuritas which amounted of 99.9% and 0.1% of the capital is owned by Bank Mandiri Employees Cooperative.
Mandiri Sekuritas, as capital market service provider, engages in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Investment Management (under subsidiary of Mandiri Investasi).
The Company provides comprehensive service such as securities underwriting, financial consulting, securities brokerage (for both institution and retail customers, through conventional and online transaction), investment and research management through numerous innovative products, service, and competitive track records. Mandiri Sekuritas is supported by professional and experienced research team (economy, capital markets, and fixed income), efficient operational system, the latest and integrated information technology, and risk management that applies measured prudent principles.
