"Education for the Best" …is the motif that inspired Sigrid Bauschert in1989 when she founded Management Circle. Ever since, this concept of professional training on a top level has established itself to become an institution of professional education within the German-speaking area. Every year more than 40,000 people participate in 3,000 events. More than 200 employees realise the high standards which a modern and competent educational management demands. Management Circle is now a business leader in the field of continuing education of business professionals and executives in the German-speaking region for over 25 years. Offerings cover summits, conferences, seminars, congresses, trade fairs and in-house trainings. The biggest event is the Call Center World, which is the largest international congress and fair of its kind with 7,800 participants attending in 2016.
