When we started to look around, we noticed that nearly all of the IT support companies were mostly “break – fix” companies; they get paid when things break and they fix them; usually poorly. We wanted to start a company that had a different approach and we started with three basic ideas. 1. What if you could get great IT support? 2. What if you could pay one flat price for it? 3. What if the IT support company lost money when things broke? With this in mind, Machado Consulting was born from the ground up to be a high quality, customer service focused company that provided one flat price for all of your IT support needs and YES, we lose money when your systems go down.
