MTP Services was established in 2016 to serve Canberra’s unique environment and requirements for professional services, recruitment and contracting. We believe in the mutual success of our candidates, clients and employees. MTP Services is the division of Cordelta specialising in recruitment, contracting and professional services. We are completely independent, yet completely integrated with Cordelta. Founded and headquartered in Canberra in 2004, Cordelta has become a respected professional services firm for our high quality consulting, implementation and resourcing capabilities. We pride ourselves on our ability to help clients derive more value and longevity from their management, technology and people. MTP Services has been founded with the same principles as Cordelta, we have an equity structure that allows the people that work in and for the company to acquire and own shares in MTP over time.
