Serving Southern California since 2010. | San Diego | LA | Palm Springs & Beyond In 2010, MIHO Catering Co. started between two friends dedicated to sourcing local, fresh, delicious tasting food and bringing it to the streets of San Diego on one of southern California's first gourmet food trucks. Since then, MIHO has evolved into a full service food and bar catering company that still finds roots in sourcing local, responsibly-farmed ingredients and making every dish by hand with love and care. MIHO's style of cuisine is a fresh, vibrant and eclectic mosaic of American, Mexican, Mediterranean and Asian flavors that tastefully blend old traditions and invigorating new techniques. Since inception, MIHO has prioritized cultivating a great team dedicated to true customer service and hospitality, always with the client experience at the forefront of everything they do.
