Our innovative learning methodologies include the use of LEGO Serious Play as a key process in enabling effective problem solving, strategic planning and team development. A key outcome from this methodology is that we are able break down silos in organisations and get people communicating. Recently we have searched the world for the best eLearning mobile app's and launched in Aus. The future of learning is mobile and personalised for the learner. The results in terms of learning efficiency, reinforcement and retention are fantastic and beating the "forgetting curve". Over the last decade have received over 25 business awards which has been very encouraging. We were on the 2012 + 2014 + placed 7th on the 2015 BRW List for The Most Innovative Companies in Australia. In 2012 we won the 2012 AHRI HR Service Provider of the Year.
