For nearly 40 years, LT has cultivated leaders from the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. Our alumni are well-rounded leaders who have a deeper understanding of the issues that shape our region, work across differences, use their voice and position to advocate for positive systemic change, and are effectively engaged in and with the community.
