The first Layered Reality™ experience, SOMNAI was launched in London in March 2018 winning praise and awards for its innovation: ‘The trippy VR show that takes you to dreamland’ - The Guardian. ‘It’s like we’re entering an episode of Black Mirror’’ - Time Out. Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience opened in May 2019 and is a Layered Reality™ multi-sensory immersive experience set across a vast 22,000 sq ft. setting that combines Jeff Wayne’s music, immersive theatre, virtual reality, augmented reality, holograms and cutting-edge 5D effects. Each visitor can STEP WITHIN and participate in the story of The War of The Worlds which has inspired and terrified generations. Layered Reality™ has won 7 awards so far including a Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement. Thea awards are the ‘Oscars’ of the industry, presented at Disneyland California.
