Our experience spans for over 5 years in accounting and financial reporting within commercial banking, for 3 years within financial advisory services, including advisory and audit functions within the Big 4 with our team coming from industries such as banking, accounting and financial advisory. We have advised clients on matters such as privatizations, restructurings, buy and sell-side M&A transactions, valuations; large and medium size financial due diligence projects for state owned infrastructure companies, natural resource trading companies, renewable energy firms, manufacturers, retail banks, real estate and retail & wholesale trade. Our most significant experience comes from accounting and financial due diligence projects. We have helped both private companies, funds and government institutions and have solved an extensive scope of financial issues.
