Situated in a pleasant part of Hampstead, Lakefield has offered training in Cookery, Food & Drink Service and Housekeeping for 50 years. Our exceptional formula for preparing motivated and highly skilled individuals has allowed our trainees to immediately enter full time employment once qualified. Lakefield is part of the Netherhall Educational Association and it provides Hospitality Services for the 120 bed Netherhall Hall of Residence for Students. The Netherhall complex also hosts numerous large scale functions throughout the academic year. Our most popular Course is The Lakefield Diploma: A 2 year, full-time programme which enjoys wide support from leading members of the Hospitality Industry. This uniquely delivered programme, comprising 3 level 2 NVQ Diplomas in Professional Cookery, Food & Beverage Service and Housekeeping, provides the high level multi-skilling that the Hospitality Industry requires.
