Knowledge Network is where stories live that speak to our time. Through television and the Internet, Knowledge Network broadcasts a unique mix of arts and culture programs that explore the world from provincial, national and global perspectives. General Information Knowledge is commercial-free, funded by an annual operating grant from the provincial government and through donations from over 35,000 individual donors, our valued Knowledge Partners. We broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our state-of-the-art digital broadcasting facility. Knowledge puts BC centre stage, showcasing the voices, values and experiences that shape our cultural identity. We also play a vital role in supporting the independent production community in BC and Canada through commissioning, pre-licensing and development funding.
