Kenton Black Ltd was set up in late 2008 by 2 senior members of one of the worlds largest blue chip recruiters, with the senior management team boasting over 100 years of niche construction industry recruitment experience.
From very humble beginnings we set out to create a culture of quality over quantity, with a sincere and intelligent direction for our business, transparency with our customers & clients combined with skilful execution by our staff. These core competencies have allowed our business to flourish, doubling in size year on year to become one the largest privately owned construction recruiters in the region.
With a very proud history built on huge successes in the civil engineering and rail markets, the business has now diversified to cover all construction industry sectors including commercial and residential building, energy and power, utilities, water and most recently the private practice and design markets. From blue collar trades and labour through to our high end Executive Search division, we now supply all of our carefully selected clients with temporary and permanent solutions from site cabins to boardroom level.
We employ circa 40 experienced and dedicated consultants from our central location & we have a policy of recruiting key staff from within the industry, our dedicated approach to growth, training and development enables us to create recruitment experts with advantageous relevant sector experience & knowledge.
At Kenton Black we have a national remit but we do pride ourselves on partnering with local businesses and our local community.
