Kellas Midstream

Kellas Midstream is an energy infrastructure company that owns, manages and operates critical energy infrastructure in the North Sea. Formed in 2014 and previously known as CATS Management Limited, our focus and area of expertise is on midstream infrastructure, specifically the transmission systems and facilities, and the processes and procedures which allow upstream exploration and production companies to deliver the UK’s oil and gas reserves to the market. Our expanding portfolio of assets includes interests in critical long-life energy infrastructure in the Central and Southern North Sea, in brownfield and greenfield projects including: • the Central Area Transmission System (CATS) • the Humber Gathering System (HGS) • the Esmond Transportation System (ETS). Kellas Midstream was created to provide a dedicated midstream infrastructure service to our upstream customers, and deliver growth for our stakeholders. We achieve this by delivering safe, reliable and innovative solutions, and working closely with our customers to maximise the full potential of our assets and throughput gas volumes. We invest in critical, long-life energy infrastructure, run it safely and efficiently, and seek to encourage and incentivise further upstream development, which also supports the industry’s drive to maximise economic recovery.
