SeaPearl Ataköy located in Istanbul with an investment cost of USD 2,7 billion, is Turkey’s first premium seafront project with the highest income potential ever, the mixed use projects Kuzu Effect with the Leed Gold Target and Kumru Ankara, are each acknowledged as unique prestige projects located at Ankara’s most popular locations with an investment cost of TL 1 billion. With these projects, Kuzu Group has combined the latest trend construction technologies with avantgarde designs, thereby symbolizing leadership in the sector.
