KSBL

The Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL) is a school with a social conscience and will promote economic and social change by developing leaders who will impact organizations through their knowledge, skills and expertise, as well as contribute to business excellence by ensuring the application of highly professional and ethical practices in the national and international marketplace. Recognizing the need for world-class business schools in Karachi, Karachi Education Initiative (KEI), a not-for-profit organization founded by Pakistan's top business leaders and professionals, established Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL). The KEI Board believes that in order to progress as a nation, Pakistan needs ethical, entrepreneurial, innovative and socially responsible leaders who are equipped with cutting-edge managerial skills and can work at different levels and in diversified areas, in the private as well as public sectors. KEI entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with the Cambridge University Judge Business School in 2009 to establish KSBL. Cambridge University has taken the lead partnership role in setting up KSBL including faculty recruitment, faculty planning and development, designing of curriculum in consultation with the KSBL academic committee to incorporate the local business perspective and establishment of applied research at KSBL.
