Formed in 1954 Keogh McConnell Spence (KMCS) is a multidiscipline construction consultancy providing a range of quantity surveying, project management and advisory services headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. With >€ 500 million of construction projects tendered annually through its offices and with a project portfolio including the recently completed Aviva Stadium, KMCS has a deep understanding of the cost, feasibility and programme issues associated with construction projects in a wide range of sectors.
