Founded in 2013, by Giovanni Perissinotto and Stefano Core, ItalianCreationGroup is an industrial holding whose goal is to maximize shareholder profits through the acquisition and fast-paced growth of those small and medium enterprises in the Home Design and Luxury Lifestyle sectors, whose brands represent the essence and excellence of Italian creative design. The mission is to acquire and integrate the companies of excellence in their individual segments with the aim of adding the maximum value possible to the specific qualities of their products, whilst safeguarding the identity of the brands as well as their continuity. ItalianCreationGroup dedicates important resources to the international development of the turnover, by establishing a direct presence in the reference markets of luxury brands, according to the economies of scale that would not otherwise be achievable by the individual companies. The individual brands preserve their own dedicated marketing and product-development structures which, however, will operate in a coordinated way in order to construct a coherent “ItalianCreationGroup” offer.
