Interfaith Dental

The Interfaith Dental Clinic is a nonprofit organization founded to bring people from all faiths together in a healing ministry, serving Middle Tennessee’s working poor and elderly through quality, affordable, comprehensive dental care. The mission of Interfaith Dental Clinic is to restore, protect and improve the oral health of uninsured, low-income, working people and their children in the greater Nashville area through access to affordable quality dental care, oral disease prevention services, and oral health education. The organization’s goals are: To increase employability and work attendance by lessening pain and improving appearance; To educate patients about proper oral hygiene and nutrition so that they can keep their teeth for a lifetime and pass good habits onto family members; To improve patients’ oral health, thereby improving self-esteem, quality of life and overall well-being. Founded in 1994, Interfaith Dental Clinic provides dental treatment, oral disease prevention and oral health education in a safe and caring environment for eligible residents of eight Tennessee counties - Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson.
