The Integrity Group has evolved through success, not acquisition: from 1995 opening with Integrity Staffing; then 2000 with Integrity Industrial; 2006 with Integrity Executive; and 2011 with Integrity Southside. All companies are owned by Jo and Lesley Wiles, and until December 2011 under their direct management. Alex Jack (Staffing and Industrial) as General Manager and Greg Bingham (Executive Recruitment) Manager Integrity Executive, Lesley and Jo now provide consultative and financial strategies. Currently servicing numerous National accounts as a Western Australian specialist on mandatory panels is testimony to the strength of our customer service practices and investment in our casual employees. Integrity Executive has firmly established itself as a competitive and resourceful supplier to IT, Oil and Gas, Building Services and Civil Engineering through the strength of the Integrity Group, the experience of the recruitment team, and their discretionary innovative decision making with clients. International recruitment campaigns have been a successful cost effective solutions for clients and are customised to clients’ needs and resources. Integrity Southside are Human Resource specialists, whose skills include Job Classification and Recruitment and Selection. As a panel supplier to Federal and State Government, this complementary service provides all service lines with additional resources for clients.
