We're a virtual institute, part of Imperial College London, which leads cutting-edge research organised around multi-disciplinary centres of excellence. Led by Professor the Lord Ara Darzi and Dr David Nabarro, we're a community of talented people from a range of backgrounds and specialities, from clinicians to engineers, policy analysts to economists. We focus on areas in need of transformation, and those where we can make a difference. Our community of experts are tackling everything from health policy and patient safety, to robotic surgery and artificial intelligence. Our breadth is part of what makes us truly unique. Through our agile, interdisciplinary work, we drive the co-creation and diffusion of healthcare innovation to address some of the most pressing global challenges facing mankind today.
