Institute For Nonprofit Practice

Our mission is to transform communities by equipping the most promising nonprofit leaders with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to make their organizations effective, innovative, and sustainable. Our comprehensive year-long certificate programs include weekly lectures, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, mentoring, and networking for executives, managers, and emerging leaders from the nonprofit and public sectors. Central to our work is a focus on social justice and supporting women and people of color to step into leadership roles of greater influence; more than half of our students identify as people of color and over 60% are women.
