Innovation Boost Zone

Innovation Boost Zone is an innovation acceleration platform that is designed to foster capacity building at the entrepreneurial, ecosystem and venture investor level in Canada. At the entrepreneurial level iBoost is designed to support entrepreneurs and students from ideation to startup and beyond, by complimenting the structured and unstructured entrepreneurial education provided by the Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and by providing a high-touch environment to facilitate interactions between students, entrepreneurs, industrial partners and venture investors. iBoost is set up to support ideas at pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration stages. At the venture investor level iBoost is working with key Limited Partners (LPs) in Canada and global organizations, including the Centre for Venture Education (Kauffman Fellows), to design and develop educational content and delivery mechanisms to strengthen Canadian venture investors (GPs).
